DON'T MISS YOUR FLU VACCINATION!

Flu occurs every year, usually in the winter, which is why it’s sometimes called seasonal flu. It’s a highly infectious disease with symptoms that come on very quickly. Colds are much less serious and usually start gradually with a stuffy or runny nose and a sore throat. A bad bout of flu can be much worse than a heavy cold.

Violent & Abusive Behaviour

Our practice staff are here to help you and to be as polite as possible.

If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or appropriately, please ask the reception staff to contact the Practice Manager, who will be happy to address your concerns.

However, shouting or swearing at practice staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances and patients who are abusive may be removed from the patient list.

Please help us to help you. Thank you.
